Our litigation practice concentrates on long-term care and assisted living defense. We have a heightened level of understanding facility operations, corporate structures, health information software and their overall clinical and litigation challenges. While limiting our representation predominantly to our captive insurance clients, our defense philosophy creates an alignment of interests between the insurer, insured and litigation team. Our alternative billing models allow us to bring creativity and novel strategies to the defense of our clients at no added expense to them.
